Appointed as a Member of GST market
They had a multitude of taxes across the country. One country had multiple tax rates and multiple rules. Often, the producers ended up paying more and so did the consumers. This will all change with the advent of GST. With GST, there will be one tax rate in the entire country GST is a single tax on the supply of goods and services, right from the manufacturer to the consumer. Being a member he participated in many major decisions like charging taxes, cases, etc. Hearing his achievements has always been a pride moment as his dedication toward his work always stands out, in the year 2019 Delhi he was appointed as a member of GST market support committee Government of NCT of Delhi.
Appointed as Sanghathan Mantri Gramin Morcha at AAP
In the year 2019 in Delhi, with all due respect to his post he maintained the dignity of his post including the holding of all the meetings, meeting the local administrators, also holding meetings with residents of the Gramin constituency is a regular practice. Patiently handling the grievances of the locals and even discussing their problems with others, he always tries to make sure the problems of locals must be focused and try to resolve all the issues. The most major aspect he performs which is always been in limelight and always been very famous amongst all the distinctive constituency that is weekly charcha, for the purpose of having discussions regarding the further issues & actions to be taken it included all the members and others as well are the part of this discussion.
As a Director of DCCWS (Delhi consumer’s cooperative wholesale store ltd.)
Mr. Bhupender Kumar had been appointed as a director of DCCWS (Delhi consumer’s cooperative wholesale store ltd.) in the year 2019, DCCWS (Delhi consumer’s cooperative wholesale store ltd.) is a vertex function of a cooperative organization under the government of NCT of Delhi. The quest for the establishment of this society turned out during the post China aggression period when the prices of the essential commodities went sky-high in the market due to over-all shortages of consumer goods created by the traders by hoarding stocks and black marketing them. The society was in a need to make bulk procurement of essential consumer goods and supply the same to the affiliated Primary stores & to the public on reasonable prices, to enable those stores to sell the consumer goods to the public on lower prices than those prevailing in the open market. To avoid such prevailing issues duties where assigned and Mr. Bhupender Kumar had never taken a back from performing his duties, is responsible for the superintendence, control and direction of the affairs of the DCCWS. Under common law rules and equitable principles, director’s duties are largely derived from the law of agency and trust and regardless of thinking one’s own self.
